Canadian artist Todd Tremeer studied at the Ontario College of Art & Design, obtained a BA at the University of Guelph and an MFA at the University of Western. Tremeer's subject matter includes landscapes, museum arefacts and spaces, and toys, all of which share a sense of careful on-site observational painting. Tremeer is the 2007 winner of the "Joseph Plaskett Award" for new Canadian painters.
