Todd Tremeer studied at the Ontario College of Art & Design, obtained a BA at the University of Guelph and an MFA at Western University. Landscapes, museum artefacts and toys are the chosen subjects of his careful, on-site observational paintings, rendered in a rich, naturalistic palette with his distinctive, characterful brush and line. Tremeer is a recipient of the Joseph Plaskett Award for emerging Canadian painters.
