Lori Abrams Lewis at Home

Interior designer Lori Abrams Lewis' eclectic taste and passion for design is palpable in every room of her beautiful Forest Hill home. Warmth is felt in personal touches, from the plethora of framed family photographs that align her fireplace, to artworks painted by her artist father, like the Picasso inspired canvas above her dinning room table. A minimal and contemporary aesthetic dominates the upstairs washroom, while a romantic atmosphere prevails in her daughters' and own bedroom. Her collection boasts a number of Art Interiors' artists including Madeleine Lamont, Dorian Scott, Israel Broytman, Emma Hesse and Emily Bickell.

"I think true interior design consists of many fine layers. Art is a deeper layer that should reflect personal expression. With so many different medias and artists to choose from, Art interiors makes my job easy. To complete a house I worked on in Rosedale, I chose 14 different pieces, so different in scale, form and media, you would never have known they came from the same gallery. Each time I take a client, I fall in love with a new piece of art or buy a piece of art, just to use a new frame." - Lori
